I was at Classic Auto in Kingston Ontario, and he has a massive engine stand used at the factory.
I’ve seen pictures of these, but not in person.
He’s added a sheet of steel as a table.

They were originally bolted down to a moving track. You can see them in old books and starting around 4 minutes in this video on building to 6.0 at Radford:
Sadly no. I am in the UK and I’d estimate the weight at well over 30kg. Good luck finding one stateside.
