I am getting ready to pull the incorrect 3.4 engine that came with the MK 9 I bought. Removing the generator was a challenge as it drives the power steering pump. Take a look at the bracket that was bolted to the block! OMG!
So long as it holds it true…

In the real world function trumps form. Ugly and works will get you home. Pretty and broken gets a tow.
