I searched this subject and found a thread from many years ago where people shared their designs for a head lifting plate.There was talk that some people had drawings, even a CAD file for the hole spacings in the plate.
Does anyone have such a thing they would like to share?

I do have CAD files available to anybody needs them. Only need an email address since private messages do not allow file type.
