After driving home one night in our 2005 XJ8L I noticed the lights were focused too low . Dealership has said the adjusters are broken . They adjusted them up for now . Still not good . Cost is quite high to replace .
Anybody else had the same problem .

Seem to recall there are kits to replace broken parts, I’ve had X308 headlamps on myX300 for many years now and had zero problems once they were correctly adjusted and recently replaced an RH unit with a smashed lens with no issues.
Try the breakers for cheap replacement parts, that’s what I do via Ebay.
Are X350 headlights similar to S-Type ones? There’s a lot of discussion about sagging headlights and I had that problem on my S-Type. The solution in that case was to drill a small hole and drive a self-tapping screw (with a blunted end) into it, which then became the adjuster. If I recall, somewhere on the S-Type list there are pictures…
