I was filling out an application for a Heritage Certificate and it ask for registration mark. Can anyone tell me what that is? Thanks Zane
“registration mark” = license plate number
It’s not licensed right now so does that mean I can’t get a Heritage certificate until it is?
I highly doubt that. Just write “not currently registered”

They are looking for the UK registration for home market cars. Cars sold in the UK retain that registration number for life. In the US this is not the case. Back in the 1970’s we used to get a new license plate and number every year.
In NY it was in the 1950’s . January 1st dead of winter you had to get out the screwdriver and hope that they came out. My father was not a happy man.
