Hot start problems, 1990. 3.2

Car does not like to start when hot, it will eventually start after some time, but not as quick as it should do. It does not have EVAP system. I have changed, distributor cap, rotor arm, leads and plugs, crankshaft sensor, fuel filter, coil, pressure regulator and fuel pump (used) any ideas please to get my cat starting as it should ? Thanks.

Hi Michael, welcome to the forums.
First thing to try is the ignition key cycling trick.
Instead of immediately attempting to start the car turn the key to the β€˜on’ position to allow the pump to do its 2 sec prime cycle.
Turn the ign off and repeat 4-5 times. See if that gets you a quicker start up.
