More hours that dared by counted have gone by in the garage at home…
I realized then that I had not updated the list, only some F2F on live with the FHC.
In the past four months I have driven close to 2800Km, with only a couple of moments, when a throttle linkage loosened.
Other than adjusting and readjusting the brakes (which I really like now), changing all items above I also sanded the paint to 2000 grit and upwards.
This is what the car looks like…
Next week end my wife and I are going for a 700 Km trip, friendly rallying in a historic federation event (driesocieteiten-rally).
I am in love with this car, I have quite a few classics, but this one has really stolen me, and be it said, I enjoy driving it more than any Jag I have been custodian of, and there are a few. I just think it’s great.
Many thanks to the list for the invaluable help getting the FHC from its « as bought » condition to something I really enjoy driving.
