Is the E-Type hour glass shaped along the sides?

Looks good Nick; my favorite part is the bodywork. I think the angle iron is what I should have done.

I thought I would start with the doors as once they were flat they could be moved at the front or the back to line up with the body. I had thought they had a slightly concave shape, as both of them were the same.

Yesterday I took them off the car and using a long block on the high build primer rubbed them down.
They were not as bad as I had thought and managed to block them level.

Back on the car I think the bulkhead side panels will need some attention and I have already spent ‘months’
getting the bonnet the right shape and centered.

Oh well; who wants an easy life :frowning:
