It's Back. Price Reduced. 1988 XJS with LT1

Reality hit…:grinning:

Were it in Denver, I’d seriously consider it for my V8 -nutty wife…:grimacing:

Albuquerque not impossibly far from Denver!!!

I do not think it s a corvette engine. Big clue. Alternator on the right. Vette location is on the left. And, Vette valcve covers are emblazoed "CORVETTE:.

I lik the air cleaner array.

It looks much like the LT1 in my jaguar.

Temptation,. aye, but, imractical. So, I pass.

Won the printer war. teh canon prints!!! Need to shuffle stuff around to find a place for it.

Vacum cleaner bit the dust. new one arrived via Amazon. Some assembly required. Understatement!!!

Wife says, got to have a parking spot…what give up one of my Spitfires…not a chance
Still?

Interesting details. I agree Carl. Probably not a Corvette LT1. Why would anyone dress it as a Camaro, Caprice, Impala or Cadillac engine if it came from a Vette. But I forgot. Every Chevy V8 LUMP for sale has a Vette engine  And why would anyone put a T400 behind and F.I. mid 90’s LT1 engine? Unless the 4L60E wasn’t attached when the guy did the conversion. Whatever the reason, seem like more work…
