Interesting details. I agree Carl. Probably not a Corvette LT1. Why would anyone dress it as a Camaro, Caprice, Impala or Cadillac engine if it came from a Vette. But I forgot. Every Chevy V8 LUMP for sale has a Vette engine 
And why would anyone put a T400 behind and F.I. mid 90’s LT1 engine? Unless the 4L60E wasn’t attached when the guy did the conversion. Whatever the reason, seem like more work…
