Evidently, the deal with Delmar construction fell through.
A new bid has been accepted from Macquarie Goodman to turn much of
the site into office and warehouse space.
The best news, is that Jaguar will retain 17 acres for their
veneering shop, and I assume the corporate offices and JDHT will
remain as well.
