[Lumps!] Why "lump"

This question has been bugging me ever since I joined this list…

Why do you guys call a converted Jag a “lump”?

I hate the name myself, I brought my lum, er jag to a shop to get the front
end aligned, and I almost called it a lump when I was talking to him. I had
this flash that certainly everyone whose anyone is on this list right ? so
he must know what a lump is. but then I thought again.

‘morereliablejag’
‘jagthatwon’tstrandyou’
‘jagthatyoucanbuypartsfor’
‘jagwhereavalvejobcosts$225’

just thoughts.-----Original Message-----

Maybe in the US…here in South Africa, I think there may be more people who
understand Jag engines than Chevy engines.
