The idea of this thread is to show how to make repairs upon these doors,

I am presently working upon my 420G driver door to make everything perfect
here is a pic of the weird thing that the factory did that causes this section to rust away completely, it looks like the worst, most bodgy home repair.
that little curved angled section is welded in by the factory
(this battered pos PS front door is marginally better than my currently fitted absolute pos PS door)
the little bracket section that is spot welded, is utterly rusted away on my car, and most other 420G doors
I have to form up a repair section to weld in here, not easy,
