The best deal I could find was with California chrome.

Subject: [modern] Wheels
The chrome on the wheels of my 1990 XJ6 VDP is peeling off. This is more
than a cosmetic problem in that the tires will not properly seat to the
rims. In fact, one leaked so badly that it would deflate completely over
night. I am attempting to identify my options. I haven’t found anyone in
the area (East Tennessee) who can rechrome the wheels. Perhaps the best
plan is to find a good used set of alloy wheels.=20
