Are mudflaps available , looking for sets for front and rear

Yes, OEM Jaguar mud flaps for the front (JLM9508) and rear (JLM345) are available through the Jaguar dealerships and through a variety of Jaguar parts suppliers. You will see them listed on eBay as well.
I have them on all three of my Series III saloons because I like the look and the protection they provide from rock damage behind the wheels.
The Series II part numbers were BD36653 and BD36654 for the front ones and BD36655 and BD36656 for the rear ones but I believe those numbers were superseded by JLM9508 and JLM345. Just to be sure please check with whoever you get them from to be certain that they also fit Series II XJs.

In my past “mud flaps” were a negative thing for passenger cars.
Fine, as intended for big trucks.
I do recognize the vast difference, it’s just a “me” thing.
