I’m into the chassis build again and need the specs on the radius arm mounts of the frame of an XJ. Going to try and fabricate the profile of that cone by hand.

Get a bush and make something that will fit tight in there.
Maybe you could just pack the hole with modeling clay or something and you will have a very accurate model.

That is an option. One of the arms’ bushings is failed and the cup is almost fallen out. Making a cone to fit it shouldn’t be too difficult.
