The headlamp retrofit isn’t my innovation but Chuck Hadley’s at Monocoque Metalworks - @Chuck-MM. There are essentially three approaches to the conversion - tig weld in the conversion flanges, bond them in or rivet them in. The end product of each will appear the same but only the latter allows you to switch from one to the other. Chuck tells me he is close to releasing a video on the conversion using rivets.
