sprtfan, sorry to hear about your issues, fingers crossed I will have better luck with mine. The previous owner did remove the gas tank and had it cleaned and sealed. It has not been reinstalled yet, Thanks for the tip on the baffles inside the tank. I will be sure to use my cheap borescope to check how well the sealant was applied before installing it.
