The bracket on the right is one of two that support the brake bottle heat shield. Not sure about the large thing. It’s not on my car. Could it support the coolant puke tank or washer bottle on the bulkhead?

The large bracket is the holder for the ‘screen washer bottle’ on the right Side of your car (given you have a LHD model).
