Some users have not uploaded a profile picture, so their default icon is the first letter of their user name. These can stack up across the Online list at the top of the page and after a topic line and might unintentionally start to spell something.
This is indeed a possibility. The chances of getting users named Wally, Andrew, Karl, Eric, Robert, and Stephen all logged in the correct order are pretty slim though.
One solution would be that users just spent a few moments to populate their profiles.
Scroll down the Pre-XK page and it already has BERT.
I was more concerned about other four letter words and three letter acronyms.
