I was at the Chicago British Car Festival today and met a man who was selling leftover Mark V parts.
He had a radiator cap with mascot and was asking $350. This cap is part number 252 and I believe fits some earlier models. I can’t find the mascot in the parts book but it was the correct one with the heart shaped base, not the later type rectangular base.
If anyone needs one I can pass on his contact information.
He also had an original green hard cover Mark V Service Manual in rough condition.
He also had a Mark V DHC right hand door skin without any wood but the steel was in fair condition.
