Radio issue for 2009 XKR

Hi Guys
I am new to this forum.
I recently replaced my 2007 XK with a 2009 XKR Portfolio. Wonderful car!
Initially the radio worked fine but soon AM radio refused to work. FM etc work fine.
Is there a separate tuner/fuse for AM? Could it be bad antenna? Any thoughts or similar experience?

Check your battery voltage first and then the connectors.

This sounds like my issue. My Vin predates the date the parts were corrected.in production
Do you think there is any chance that Jaguar will step up for a 2009 car, third owner?

My guess is zero chance as this wasn’t a recall and not a safety issue. That said, used modules are readily available on eBay. Not much help I’m afraid.
