Remove cardboard spark plug wire holder

I need to remove the cardboard, spark, plug wire holder and it’s held in place by two big chrome acorn nuts
What is the torque spec when put back on ?
Is it a problem removing the nuts ?

Do it one at a time, and I think torque is 54 ft-lbs.

Those nuts are among the nuts that hold the head in place, which is why you do them one and a time and mind the torque.

Have to do a few to remove the holder
They are all set back to 54lb
