Rubber seal for Sky-Top (Hollandia) EZ-Glide metal sunroof in ’72 2+2

My ’72 2+2 is equiped with a manual metal sunroof “Sky-Top (Hollandia) EZ-Glide”. The pictures below have been taken before starting the restoration.

In the meantime, I have disassembled the sunroof, detailed every part, and it is nearly finished now.

Yesterday when installing the wind deflector, I noticed that the deflector has a groove on the lower edge that looks like there should be some kind of rubber seal at the lower lip.

When I disassembled the sunroof, the seal was already gone.

I hope that someone might have the same or a similar sunroof and can provide some information what kind of seal I need and how it works. Does it seal the gap between the wind deflector and the roof to avoid wind noise when the roof is open? Or does it seal the front edge of the roof when the sunroof is closed?

Thanks for any information you can give!

Regards, Manfred

Caveman on the UK ‘E’ Type forum pointed me to a souce for the rubber seals. If anyone needs the information in the future:
