seriously…how long is the wiper blade supposed to be? I have 10, 11, 12 on my car.

Some people have put new rubber in their blades. I need a tutorial on that, I don’t see how if I cut the “non refillable” rubber out, and cut down a new refill…what is going to retain the refill in the blade? there are no “ears” on the blade and no spring thing on the refil as I recall from good old days of Anco refills?
