I’ve never seen one. How about taking it to Kinkos and having it scanned so the rest of us not so lucky can have a reference copy? I assume the copyright (if one exists) has expired…
It would be a bit daunting to scan the whole thing (there are non-standard size inserts and card stock) but if there are sections that have useful schematics I can scan those and create a shared google drive folder. I’ve been given a large box full of a variety of documents from decades of jag work dating back to the late 50’s and will be going over them shortly.
