I’m installing a speedometer drive cable in my LHD 1960 MK2 with manual/OD. The cable has to route from the speedo to the OD drive gear on the right side of the case. My old cable was nearly touching the exhaust pipe and before running under the bell housing. Can anyone advise if this is the right way to run the cable or if there’s a better route for the cable? Like over the bell housing?
