I have numerous enamel badges, , SS, SS Jaguar , Swallow, But the key fob ones seem to need to have the ’ hinge’ piece a t the top
So that means looking at new tooling and usually a minimum order of 100
I had 2 companies doing them, well actually they were done in China, but 2 places here that could order them, Presumably speaking Mandarin or similar was a requirement as everyone in the office was Chinese…
They did excellent work but I know one has definitely closed and I think the other has also.
Perhaps you could strip the chrome from existing ones , solder the 'hinge ’ part on and then re-chrome plate.

The fob I included in the photo I posted would accept a round badge without the hinge.
