Transmission Upper Stabilizer

I’m restoring the Upper Transmission Stabilizer and cannot tell what it’s original finishes were. The “link” (threaded rod with bushing on one end) looks like it may have been cad plated but can’t be sure. The threaded bottom washer looks like it may have been black oxide.

Can anyone confirm or refute my impressions please?

On my 65 OTS all the parts are black oxide

Herb, I used black zinc as it lasts much longer than black oxide.
