hi all, have noticed that the aerial will only retract to just over half way and the boot wont open using the button but will with the key. are these two related in any way, ie same fuse,relay earth etc. any help please. thanks rob.

1995 xjr 4.0 supercharged.
The ariel is a mechanical issue.
The boot button; either the boot button, or the wire broken where the wiring is tied to the boot hinge on right side
