Does someone knows were these unused connectors in the trunk are meant for?

They are at the top of the trunk (inside)
and the car is a XK8 coupe (1999)
The snarky answer is, “An accessory your car doesn’t have.”
My sermi-reasonable guess is speakers for the uprated entertainment system or extra lighting.
The color codes white, green/yellow, black/yellow and white/brown are clues to which circuit they belong to.
Yeah fairly sure they are for the subwoofer. Mine has the same wires, but not the premium speakers
