First thanks to Gunnar for helping me with the information needed. I took the message/letter to my dealership. They played stupid to start with but then realized this was from Jaguar North America. Results; I will be issued a refund for the 02 sensor I purchased a year ago. Light is on again and is another sensor. Appointment scheduled. Thanks everyonebeer on me!
