[v12-engine] Full flow oil cooler pipes

Having to replace oil cooler pipes from engine. One has been
‘kissed’ by a grinder by the looks of it under previous
owner. So replacing the pair. Unfortunately, the sealing
rings are no longer available. Going to try a hydraulic
specialist. Anyone know what size the sealing rings are? As
I have not removed the pipes yet.
Any input gratefully receieved.
Thanks in advance
Nick
P.S
The new pipes were just over 140 sterling for the pair- OUCH!–

G’day Nick,

I managed to burst one of the oil cooler hoses on my car and rather
than pay Jaguar an extortionate price for the new hose I took the
offending thing to a local hydraulic workshop and the tech there
made me a new one, in about ten minutes, using the original end
fittings for less than a tenth of the cost of the new one.

Sometime later I had the other hose done as well, just in case.

Here’s a link to the post I made,

G’day Nick,

I forgot to say that I re-used the ‘O’ rings in the oil filter
housing.

Regards,
Jeff.–
