not easy to diagnose away from the car, but Iā suggest
-
checking each injector is getting a the right signal, using a noid inline with each injector

stuck injectors is a very possible reason, , you can check if the ones on the dead cylinders click a they should (using an stethoscope) (easier than swapping them with working ones)
-
in the same line of tests, check all plugs get good signal, either with an in-line tester between the plug and wire, or a pen shaped tester like
https://www.amazon.com/Lisle-19380-Spark-Tester/dp/B0002STS3U:
iirc, injectors are grouped, ie get the same signal in groups of 3 or 4, so you may have a partial damage affecting one or 2 groups ?
