Have to remove the front crank pulley can anyone advise the best way to lock the engine (flywheel) to enable removal of the pulley bolt? Thanx in anticipation.
Just use a socket and with the breaker bar resting on the chassis rail ‘bump’ the starter that should break the bolt free. Just make sure that you have disconnected the sparks and the breaker bar is positioned on the correct side so that it is pressing on the chassis rail and not suddenly hitting the floor!
