I can’t find the post in which I described in detail how I wired it, but I added the relays at the fuse panel, behind the gauges. Basically, the fan circuit is now powered from a fuse that isn’t controlled by the ignition switch so anytime the otter switch sees a high enough temperature to close the fans will run. The timer relay prevents the fans from running for longer than 6 minutes with the ignition off. I did it to prevent the possibility of accidently running down the battery
