You shouldn’t need a pedal box. The pedal box already has the clutch pedal shaft linked to the brake, same box for manual and automatic cars. You just need manual brake and clutch pedal pads, add a clutch master, and you are good to go. I have a spare mk2 pedal box though. When I converted my car from automatic to manual, I put in a later 420 pedal box so that I could upgrade the brake hydraulics. For that, you would need 420 suspension uprights and Girling calipers as well, not so easy to find now. I think there are more of them in Canada than the USA, though.

I’d like to use the parts from my xj6II on my 58 Mk-1 It should be the same as yours shouldn’t it? I also have Mk-X and 420G bits if they’re bette SUGGESTIONS??,

I can’t tell from your post what parts you want to use. I suggest you ask on the Saloons forum and be as specific about your plans and the parts as you can. Good luck.
