Do you need a license like other racing?
I am not sure: it probably varies from place to place. You’ll probably have to join some little association and pay some little fee and have some kind of a perfunctory tech inspection, but I’m seriously considering approaching my little town and ask them if they want to have the Keenesburg Grand Prix!

I never knew this existed, but it seems there is an NZ version running.
