S3 E-type owners – from my research early production Horn relays (Lucas 33209) were mounted on the engine valance/mud shield directly. Somewhere in the production process ('73?) Jaguar introduced a Horn Relay Mounting Bracket. My '74 OTS has such a bracket. Jaguar did not update the Parts Manual or Fiche to reflect the new mounting bracket/part number. If you have a P/N for the bracket please let me know.
I’m attempting to establish when the introduction of the bracket was made. If you have the bracket a quick PM with your car chassis info will help sort this out.
