Took my 89 to a brushless carwash and had a shower. The rear driverside window leaks like crazy from the top of the window, not the door seal, there is also a lot of wind noise at speed, any ideas on a fix?
Hi David, Have you checked if the window is closing tightly into the top of the seal ? maybe the glass enters the top channel but then stops a mm or so short of closing tight. You could compare it with the opposite side.
I’m guessing after nearly 30 years that some muck could accumulate in the top corners of the seal and prevent the window shutting tight all the way across.
Almost 30-year old seals, leak??
Time for new seals.
