i am installing a craig davis thermatic cooling fan(NOT DIGITAL) on my xk140 which is +ve to earth.The wiring diagram for the fan is for -ve to earth cars .The fan direction is not a problem but would the relay SUPPLIED be POLARITY SENSITIVE
Almost certainly, it won’t be polarity sensitive and it would probably indicate it if it was. Sometimes relays are diode quenched which does make them polarity sensitive but I looked on the Craig Davis website for the relay and it says it is resistive.
