[x300] how to replace the near side Catalytic converter

I am looking for information / help as how to remove and replace
the near side catalytic converter on my 2001 X308 3.2cc executive.
I am looking for guidance as to what parts I have to remove first
and (any tip to make life easier) get access to the catalytic
converter. Can anyone please help.

If you have a look through back issues of JWM magazine on their
website, you will find all the info needed for the job including a
very detailed picture article…not all that dificult but with
most things on Jaguars, time consuming :^))
