Hi I’m building a x300 track car, 4.0 6 cylinder. Is it possible to remove the rev limiter or increase it to a higher rev count using the coil pack set up.
Also where does it get the rev reading from?
I believe you will have to get the ECU remapped to unleash max revs. The take off for the tacho is the CKPS which is mounted in a bracket down alongside the lower pulley on the left when viewed from the front of the car.
