[x300] traction control Modulator

Hello Listers,
I own a 1999 XJ8 VP with a defective traction control modulator .Has anyone
replaced one and if so where might it be located under the hood.Do they sell
them aftermarket or must you purchase them from the dealer?Any info on this
procedure will be appreciated.
