Hi all , Will a s2 front screen seal fit into a s1 ? if so
are there any little quirks that need to be addressed ?

I’ve always had a professional glass shop install them… that
way, if there’s any glass breakage or leaking, it’s fixed on
their dime!–

Right, good point.
But the wider chrome trim is only on the very earliest S1s
IIRC–like 68-9? My 71 had the narrow trim. I think the
early weatherstrip that fits the wide chrome is unobtanium
anyway.–
