XJ Series 2 V12 Workshop Manual and Parts Catalogue

I have the Haynes manual for my XJ12C - while it is OK I think I could do better.

Can anyone comment on the attached item:

Also I cannot find any listings for the Series 2 XJ12 parts manual in Australia, so are there any online? Cost for postage of a hard copy that I would prefer is a bit prohibitive from the US or UK.

Thanks

Garry

Check this:

Maybe the cost of book can compensate the postage.

Thanks to both of you for your input and suggestions. I will look into both and see where I go

I have both the Factory Service and Parts Manuals, and the Drivers Handbook in both physical and pdf form

They are needed and part of the provenance of a good original vehicle, shows the owner cares, like a full tool kit and a file full of receipts

Garry,

the original parts catalogue is available online at https://parts.jaguarlandroverclassic.com/older-vehicle-information. But I agree: a printout version or the standard digital version are easier to handle.

Good luck

Certainly try to get them in one format or another.
The 1970s manuals printed by Jaguar are much better than the vague and inaccurate material they put out for the 1930s-40s models.

Thanks Jochen - looks like a good failsafe option

thanks

I ended up ordering this from Amazon https://www.amazon.com.au/Jaguar-Xj12-Ser-Workshop-Manual/dp/1855201402

Was free shipping so worked out cheaper than anywhere else, new or second hand.

For parts listings I will just use the online offerings when searching for parts.

Thanks to everyone who contributed.
