[xj] Website Update/Injector Seal Replacement

“Lisa & Jeb Boyd” <@Lisa_Jeb_Boyd>

I’m going to be changing the rubber seals on the injectors tomorrow.
Would you like digital pics of that??

Jim and Charlie,
If an XJ-6 is the car in question, I recommend that the
lower seals under the little plastic seats are pulled, photo’d, and
displayed. These are little known parts and the correct sequence and a
picture of the parts would be a help to anyone who has to do this job for
the first time.
And of course, thanks to both of you for taking your time to do
so.
Cheers,
Jeb Boyd

Jeb,

I couldn’t believe the extent to which the little seals are little
known. Most parts places here in San Diego denied all knowledge. I
would suspect, accordingly, that a lot of XJ6’es need them replaced.
