I know this is a perennial question, which I normally ignore
when it comes up, but I have been trying some barum bravuris
from discount tires. they are 225 60 15 and cost me $60 each
(currently $70 each as I have had them on for a year) and
are v rated. The Barum company is owned by Continental AG
and I originally put a set on my mercedes as the conti rep
recommended them. I have nothing to do with any of the
companies but they have performed extremely well for me,
particularly in winter with the rain and snow. The picture
shows one next to my pirelli p4000’s 205 70 15 w rated.
