My passenger front window has stopped working from the switch. Can anyone advise how to remove the switch/panel.

Try a HARD RESET by disconnecting the battery then reconnecting.
Sometimes the SCP network gets confused and needs a reboot.

A hard reset involves disconnecting the battery leads and holding them together for a short while.
