[xk] XK120 / XK140 front fender interchangable?

I’m still looking to replace at least the front half (mid-wheel
arch forward) of the right front fender on my XK140 OTS. I’ve been
strictly searching for XK140 fenders, but wondered if an XK120
fender fragment would fit? Are they basically the same? Also, is
there any difference between OTS, DHC, and Coupe (front half of the
fender)?

Thanks for all the prior suggestions/leads. I’m just trying to
broaden my search if possible.

little metalworking to fit the turn signal. My main question is
