I have just finished a 3 year ‘‘body off’’ restoration. Everything
looks great except the seats. According to the Upholstery kit
supplier I have 120 seats which have wider seat bases. Evidently
the transmission tunnel is wider in the 140 and that explains why I
had so much trouble trying to make them fit.As well, there is a 3’’
gap between the seat backs! I was shocked to say the least since
the car has all matching numbers and most of the hardware was
intact when I bought the car. Does anybody have some pictures and
some dimensions for the 140 seats so I know what I am looking for?–
